Lenzing E-Branding masterclass – customer training on the pulse of time
Since March 2022, Lenzing has offered the E-Branding Masterclass, providing customers and partners further opportunities to expand their knowledge of Lenzing E-Branding Service topics through live webinars and recorded self-study learning modules. The masterclass provides customers with access to information on the certification and licensing of Lenzing’s TENCEL™, VEOCEL™ and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ brands.
It is supplemented by the recently launched E-Branding Helpdesk service to provide customers and partners with live support from a dedicated team of Helpdesk specialists, creating a seamless platform for knowledge sharing.
In March alone, we hosted four free live webinars for customers covering the topics of ‘Helpdesk Support’ and ‘Licensing Options’. Going forward, a new topic will be covered each month with four sessions hosted across various dates and time zones to accommodate all markets.
These live sessions provide customers with the advantage of greater interaction, enabling us to not only impart helpful knowledge and answer questions, but also build a closer relationship with customers and gather valuable feedback directly and transparently. The live webinars are mainly held in English, but other languages can be offered depending on demand and topic. An overview of Lenzing’s sessions for the first half of 2022 can be found here.
In addition to the live webinars, self-study learning modules have been recorded within the E-Branding Masterclass. The modules are 10 to 15 minutes per video and cover both general and very specific topic content. In order to be able to convey our learning modules optimally to our international customers, they are provided in English with the option of subtitles in German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean or Japanese. Lenzing hopes to expand the modular system in the future as it continues to innovate its educational offerings.
